1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using dxy.lbctracking.online or any of its subdomains (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Site.
If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes that organization.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirements
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the Site only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.
The Site is a general-audience publication and is not directed to children. You must not submit personal information about a child unless you are legally authorized to do so and the information is necessary for a specific request.

Public content can currently be read without registration, and the Site does not currently offer public comments, product purchasing, or paid subscriptions.

- Impersonate another person or entity, misrepresent affiliation, or submit false, deceptive, defamatory, unlawful, infringing, or harmful material
- Use Site or advertising functionality to generate invalid traffic, fraudulent impressions, or fraudulent clicks
We may restrict or block access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or the Site, users, advertisers, or third parties are at risk.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Site’s original articles, text, editorial selection, layout, graphics, logos, branding, and other original material are owned by or licensed to Lbctracking and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. “Lbctracking,” its logo, and related branding may not be used without prior written permission.
Third-party names, photographs, advertisements, product images, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are used subject to license, permission, applicable law, or other lawful basis. No ownership of third-party material is transferred to you.
You may share a link to a public page and quote a brief portion for lawful commentary or reference with clear attribution. Any broader copying, translation, adaptation, republication, distribution, commercial use, database creation, or automated reuse requires prior written permission unless applicable law expressly permits it.
To report alleged infringement, email us with the page URL, identification of the work or right involved, the material at issue, your contact information, and a statement explaining the basis of the claim.
6. User Submissions and Communications
If you send a correction, suggestion, pitch, feedback, image, or other material, you represent that you have the right to send it and that it does not violate law or another person’s rights. Do not send confidential material unless we have expressly agreed in writing to receive it confidentially.
You retain ownership of material you submit. You grant Lbctracking a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to review, store, reproduce, and use that material only as reasonably necessary to respond to you, verify a claim, operate the Site, or publish it where you have asked or agreed that it may be published. 7. Pet-Care and Veterinary Disclaimer
The Site does not provide veterinary diagnosis, emergency care, or treatment. Content is general educational information and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified veterinarian who has examined your animal.
Animals differ by species, breed, age, medical history, diet, environment, and individual needs. Do not delay professional care because of information on the Site. Contact a veterinarian or emergency animal service immediately if an animal may be ill, injured, poisoned, unable to breathe, or otherwise in distress.
Product descriptions, ingredients, prices, availability, recalls, and manufacturer instructions may change. Verify important information with a veterinarian, manufacturer, regulator, or retailer before acting.
8. Advertising and Our Relationship With Google
The Site displays advertising through Google Publisher Tag and Google Ad Manager. Google is an independent third party, not an agent, employee, partner, or representative of Lbctracking. Google and participating advertisers control their own ad selection, delivery, data processing, claims, products, and services under their own terms and applicable law.
Advertising may be personalized where permitted by law, a valid consent signal, and the visitor’s Google or browser settings. Visitors can manage personalized advertising through Google My Ad Center, browser controls, and any consent interface displayed for their region. Non-personalized or contextual ads may still appear after personalization is disabled.
Lbctracking does not endorse an advertisement merely because it appears on the Site and, to the extent permitted by law, is not responsible for an advertiser’s website, privacy practices, goods, services, claims, payment processing, fulfillment, or disputes. Users must not generate invalid impressions or clicks.
9. Third-Party Content, Links, and Services
The Site may contain links, embedded resources, advertisements, or references to third-party websites, products, and services. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, security, privacy, accessibility, terms, or content. A link or advertisement does not by itself mean that Lbctracking endorses the third party.
Review a third party’s terms, privacy policy, refund rules, and safety information before interacting with it or making a purchase.
10. Privacy, Cookies, and Data
Our Privacy Policy explains request and device data processed by hosting and security infrastructure; information sent by email; Google advertising, cookies, and consent signals; retention periods; third-party services; and privacy rights.
Advertising and privacy choices may be available through Google My Ad Center, browser controls, and a regional consent interface. Continued use of public content does not remove rights or choices provided by applicable law.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site, its content, advertising space, and all related services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Lbctracking disclaims all express and implied warranties, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, security, and freedom from harmful components.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, that any article or advertisement is suitable for you, or that information obtained through the Site will produce a particular result. Nothing in these Terms limits warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lbctracking and its owner, contributors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, opportunities, or business interruption arising from or related to the Site, its content, advertising, external links, or your reliance on any of them.
Where liability cannot be excluded, Lbctracking’s aggregate liability arising from use of the Site will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid directly to Lbctracking for the relevant Site service during the preceding 12 months or USD 100. Because public access is currently free, this limitation may result in a maximum of USD 100. This cap does not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
13. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lbctracking and its owner from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or material you submit that infringes another person’s rights. This section does not apply where such an obligation is prohibited by consumer law.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a formal claim, you and Lbctracking agree to make a good-faith effort for at least 30 days to resolve the dispute by written notice sent to the contact address below.
Unless mandatory law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere, disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to the courts with competent jurisdiction in Xi'an City, Shaanxi Province, China. If you are a consumer, nothing in this section removes mandatory protections or jurisdictional rights provided by the law of your place of residence.
15. Changes, Suspension, and Termination
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Site, advertising arrangements, service providers, or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Material changes may be announced through a prominent notice on the Site. Unless a different effective date is stated, revised Terms apply when posted to future use of the Site.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to all or part of the Site where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, protection of rights, or enforcement of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, governing law, and dispute terms—will survive.
16. General Terms
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Lbctracking regarding use of the Site. If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent; we may assign these Terms as part of a business reorganization, transfer, or succession.
